Tidak Bisa Login ke Cabinet

Jika anda bisa login di MetaTrader 4 tapi tidak bisa login di cabinet (muncul pesan error : Your login attempt was not successful), maka kemungkinan anda telah mengeset IP filter di cabinet. Silakan mengirim email request ke support[at]fxind.com untuk mereset IP filter. Sertakan nomor account anda pada emailnya.

Jika anda tidak bisa login di MetaTrader 4 dan tidak bisa login di cabinet, maka berarti passwordnya salah. Silakan minta password baru untuk account anda.
